"Eco-Eliti...Eve, Love the Greening Kitchen series. "Eco-Elitist" is spot on :) So much of "greening" goes hand in hand with baby proofing the kitchen - like no anti-bacterial soap for baby bottles. I do it and usually get such strange looks at the store! I also have a problem with forgetting them, so I store them in the trunk of my care. I found hemp produce bags in two different sizes that I use.
